Bold as a Lion
Proverbs 28:1 “The wicked flee when no one pursues, but the righteous are bold as a lion”
As we move from the season of the ox to the lion, the time of laborious preparation will lend itself to advance and occupation of those fields we have cultivated, worked, and sown. The vision of Ezekiel’s wheel within a wheel provides definition and understanding for us as we come into unity with the Spirit of the Lord. This expression of unity and the lion reveals that we are coming into a time of great authority and power, boldness and maturity.
The trumpets are beginning to sound the advance, as the cloud is moving again to our next location (Numbers 10). The forerunner tribes have set out; Judah, Issachar, and Zebulun. Judah (Praise) is leading the way carrying the Lion as their scepter. They will advance to our next place of occupation, as Issachar and Zebulun follow to give understanding and foundation. After they have moved out, then the remainder of the body of Christ will pick up and come to the next habitation of God.
In this season, righteousness is a key factor for unity and boldness in the Spirit. Boldness is the outworking of righteousness; it is comprised of confidence and trust. Confidence and trust issue forth from right relationship. Out of the trust, believers are the righteousness of God in Christ (2 Cor. 5:21). Our relationship with Christ Jesus also has these virtues. He is our:
Friend
Brother
Savior
Intercessor and High Priest
God
Truly we can have boldness in these days, particularly as we live free from sin and yield our members to righteousness.
Job declares, “...the righteousness will hold his way, and he who has clean hands will be stronger and stronger” Job 17:9
In this season of the lion, it’s time to confront the powers of darkness, overcome strongholds, heal the sick, raise the dead, cast out demons as common practices of the lions of the tribe of Judah. Let praise roar forth and establish the dominion of our Great God in every area of our lives. You are an overcomer and more than a conqueror!
Be sure to visit our website (www.kingdomrevelation.org) to see where we will be next. We are about to post our Austin Arising conferences, don’t miss them – March 30 & 31 ‘Be Healed’; April 15 & 16 ‘Capitol Blessing’; May 5-7 ‘Be Healed’; July ‘Be Filled’; and much more!
